At Tew By Tew 3D Printing, we offer a professional print service for customers who already have 3D files ready. Send us your STL, OBJ, or compatible 3D file and we’ll handle the rest — from slicing and material selection to high-quality printing, finishing, and secure shipping.
How it works
Send your file: Upload your 3D model (STL, OBJ, or ZIP with textures) via our submission form or attach to your order.
We review: We check the model for printability, wall thickness, watertightness, and necessary supports. If changes are needed, we’ll contact you with recommendations and a revised quote.
Choose material & finish: Select filament type and finish options. We’ll provide material advice if you’re unsure.
Print & post-process: We print with precision, remove supports and sand.
Inspect & ship: Every print is inspected for quality before secure packaging and shipment.
File requirements
Accepted formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF. ZIP accepted for multiple files or textures.
Units & scale: Specify units (mm or inches) and desired final dimensions, or export model at the correct scale.
Multiple parts: For multiple components, send as separate files or grouped in a ZIP and indicate assembly orientation.
Material & finish options
Filaments: PLA, PETG
Finishes: Basic support removal, sanding.
Pricing & turnaround
Quotes: We provide a quote after model review that factors in material, print time, post-processing, and shipping.
Deposit: Custom jobs may require a deposit for large or complex prints.
Turnaround: Typical turnaround is 3–10 business days after approval, depending on order size and finishing options. Rush service available for an additional fee.
Quality assurance & revisions
Print inspection: Each piece is checked for defects; we reprint or correct items that don’t meet quality standards at no additional cost.
Revision policy: If the original file causes print failures due to design issues, we’ll suggest fixes. Additional charges may apply for redesign work.
Intellectual property & confidentiality
We respect your design ownership. Models and files remain your property. We do not share or resell client files without permission.
If confidentiality is required, request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before submission.
How to submit
Prepare your file with required units and final scale.
Include a note with material choice, desired finish, color, and any assembly instructions.

Need help preparing your file? We offer file preparation and repair services for an hourly fee. If you’re unsure about printability, send the file and we’ll assess and advise.
